Our contract
was to remove the main engine from the vessel
and rebuild it, reinstall and fit a custom manufactured
exhaust system for both the main engine and generators
incorporating a lift silencer/ separator system.

Marine was contracted to to supply and install
new exhaust cooling spray rings for the main engines.
On completion of the project, sea trial results
proved that the cooling efficiency had been increased
and the engines exhaust back pressures were decreased
by an average of 200mm of water.
